Do you cater for wheelchair users and people with disabilities?
We have recently added the option to book "wheelchair adapted vehicles" for some routes. This means that the passenger using the wheelchair may board the vehicle using a ramp.If a "wheelchair adapted vehicle" is not available to book online, in most cases we still offer the option to add a foldable wheelchair to the booking as a free extra. That extra means you can bring a foldable wheelchair and that the passenger using the wheelchair is able to board the vehicle on his own or with the help of the members of his party. Electric wheelchairs and scooters can't be transported on any of our vehicles.Other related articles:
